1. How was the process of creating the GMail account and setting up the Blog?
The process of creating GMail and setting up the blog was a little confusing for me, but I ended up getting it done. I've never had to use GMail or Blogger before so for me it was a learning experience. I think that these are good learning tools and I'm hoping that I get a little better at using them for this course.
2. What do you expect to learn in this course?
By taking this course, I am expecting to learn more about the history of art, learn about some important artists, and learn different ways to create my own art. I do not consider myself to be very artistic so I am hoping to learn ways I can change that.
3. How do you feel about taking an online course?
I think online courses are a great thing for college students who commute to school. It is very convenient to take a class that you can plan around your schedule and find out when is best for you to complete all of the assignments. Although online classes lack the benefit of face-to-face meeting with a professor and a class, I think that communicating through ANGEL is just as effective. I have taken a few online courses before but this one seems to be the most intense one I have taken. All of my other online classes only used ANGEL and we communicated through ANGEL not GMail, or Blogger. I'm interested to see how differently this online course will be from the previous ones I have taken.
